1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, cloning, or using ZentyRecon, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, do not install or use the Extension.

⚠️ Mandatory Requirement: You must ONLY use ZentyRecon on web applications, networks, and domains that you own or where you have received explicit, written permission from the owner to conduct security auditing.

2. Ethical Use & Legal Boundaries

ZentyRecon is developed exclusively for defensive cybersecurity auditing, Post-Quantum Cryptography migration planning, and authorized reconnaissance. You agree NOT to:

Perform unauthorized penetration testing, vulnerability exploitation, or denial of service attacks.
Exfiltrate confidential user data or violate applicable laws, including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), UU ITE (Indonesia), or GDPR.
Attempt to bypass license restrictions or distribute cracked builds of ZentyRecon Pro.

3. Dual Licensing Structure

Community Edition: Free and open-source under GNU General Public License v3 (GPLv3).
Pro & Enterprise Edition: Subject to commercial proprietary agreements with CTAR.tech, including machine-bound hardware licenses.

4. Limitation of Liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL CTAR.TECH, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, SYSTEM DISRUPTIONS, OR LEGAL REPERCUSSIONS ARISING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF THIS UTILITY.
